[AMPS] versions of Russian G-811

There seems to be many 811 versions on the market now. 
Some are optimized for audio work. Some versions now have 
the anode lead in the base... very interesting. Not seen one 
up close, but Glass Audio Mag has them displayed in 
advertisements.
