[AMPS] Need specs for YU-155 or E3030B

[Bill Fuqua]

    I have come across an interest but quite different tube.
A tetrode  by Toshiba (E3030B) which also seems to be the
same as a YU-155 by EIMAC.  Does anyone have specs on this tube?
If so I'd like a copy.  It is from a CAT Scan machine.
