I have e-mailed Jim directly with Digi-Key part numbers and substitution
suggestions, but would also appreciate feedback from anyone else on US
sources for:

RFP08P05 - Harris-Intersil, P-channel MOSFET, Vds >=50V, Rds(on)<=0.3
ohms, standard G-D-S TO-220 pinout. IRF9530 looks like a good
substitute. 

ZVN3306A - Zetex (from Digi-Key). Small N-channel MOSFET, 30V, TO-92 or
similar, S-G-D pinout.

ZTX302 - Zetex (not in my old Digi-Key catalog). Small medium-gain NPN
bipolar, 30V, TO-92 or similar, S-G-D pinout. Lots of substitutes, I'm
sure!
