[AMPS] AL-82 HV bypass

MFJ/Ameritron owners:
I received an e-mail from an AL-82 owner who reports that the HV bypass 
is 1000pF.  At 1.8MHz, 1000pF has 88-ohms of capacitive reactance.  It is 
my opinion that 88-ohms of Xc is not a sufficient bypass.
