[AMPS] New G2DAF amplifier information

Thanks to the RSGB Library, the original G2DAF article is now
downloadable as a PDF file from my web site:

The pages are reproduced without technical comment, as historical
research material.
The 10-page article from April 1961 includes theory of operation that
was not included in the later shortened versions. There is also an
Appendix about use of the circuit with tubes such as the 4X150A that can
run negative screen current.
The idea is older than we might think. G2DAF was granted British Patent
No 926091 in 1961, so the original work must have been done in the mid
to late 1950s. Permission was granted for radio amateurs to construct
the amplifier for individual use.
The RSGB Museum still has G2DAF's original 'test-bed' amplifier - and
also his notes and files! When I can, I'll take a look...
