The cap bank in my HV power supply has an interesting way of doing this.  I
can't claim credit since the guy who originally built the amp (I REBUILT the
RF deck) did the HV stuff and I did very little but clean it up.

What he did was to use a plexiglass sheet on top of the caps.  Holes were
drilled into the plexiglass that lined up with the screw terminals on the
caps.  The plexiglass sits on top of the caps and the caps are held in place
by the plexiglass and all connections to the cap terminals are made through
those holes.  The plexiglass is also bolted to the bottom of the HV cabinet
with long bolts thereby putting downward pressure on the caps as well.
