[AMPS] Dentron MLA 2500 T/R relay needed

I have a Dentron MLA2500 which needs a new T/R relay ...the writing on the
relay is a Midtex 155-128100 12V DPDT.

Since Dentron is no longer in business could someone point me to someone
that carries these T/R relays????
