[AMPS] Unruly L-7 Amplifier

Hello All,
Thanks to all who responded with different ideas concerning the L-7 fuse
resistor problem.

Looks like it was a bad tube.  He replaced the tubes and all is OK now.  One
tube must have had an intermittent short, but all is well in Drake land now.
