[AMPS] Slow coaxial relays

Hi All

If I recall correctly, it is possible to make relays with a very long drop 
out delay. It is obviously related to the design of the magnetic field and I 
seem to remember involves the use of brass (somewhere!).

So quite probably the long drop out delay is an intentional design feature.
