Generally it's not a matter of harmonic content but of strong HF field =
(fundamental) and TV saturation.
A decent PI and an HF antenna itself easily limit the radiated harmonic =
content to neglegible values.
You've probably more chances to solve your problem adding an high pass =
filter ahead of the TV set and to choke (i.e. with ferrite clips) the =
TV coax and TV cord just before the set.

  Subject: [AMPS] Low Pass Filter

  Hello Amps Reflector,

I need to home brew a legal limit + low pass filter for=20
30Mhz and below. Does anyone have a schematic=20
and parts list? Any pitfalls to watch out for. I'm=20
killing the TV and the XYL is not enjoying my=20
  Rag-chewing sessions!

  Any help is greatly appreciated!

  Thanks es 73,
  Eric
