Peter,
    They do make switches that go down to .1 inch. However, they are very
large and cumbersome. The ones we use are made by Cleveland Controls. We use
them to maintain differential pressure across our multi-hearth incinerator,
(keep it from developing positive pressure). The most important aspect is
that they around $500 a piece!
