The corollary to Tom's statement is that a tube with the anode parasitic circuit
resonant at a frequency below that of the grid parasitic circuit  will not
oscillate. See Terman's 'Radio Engineering'.

In this case parasitic suppressors aren't needed - for a QRO example, see the
Marconi H1500 of 1964, with its 3CX35000 in g-g. That had the grid in a collett
connected to ground, and no parasitic suppression necessary.
