[AMPS] All Mode KW Transmitter firmware

I have a transmitter like that Marv. It an old RCA ET-4337/F. A pair of
813's modulated by 805's. Conservative output on AM is about 250 watts. All
the wiring is bus wire. I like it because I don't need a microscope nor
$10,000 worth of bench equipment to repair it!
