[AMPS] S.S. Amps

Can anyone help me with some links to the pages of  the European hams that 
are building amps using low cost, high voltage, high current switching 
transistors at RF frequencies instead of their intended  purposes. I 
believe it is a popular experiment with some British hams as I had book 
marked some of their sights but apparently  deleted them.
