Mad cow disease is swapped between citizens of North America and the UK by
electromagnetic contact with high powered emitters from both geographic
locations.

Symptoms show up as a propensitiy to stimulate those US citizens who think
they know all about HF amplifiers into writing profuse verbage concerning
the same afore mentioned HF amps. The result is extremely irritating to
those citizens, both in North America and the UK, who already know all there
is to know about those Amps.  This is frequently known a Bull Syndrome., or
BS.
