[AMPS] SB220 & 4-400s

In my SB-220, the ZSAC with 4-400s was a bit low with the stock 2900v.  
3500v would have been better.  Adding a c. 200v transformer to the hv 
transformer sec. should have fixed the problem.  There is plenty of room.
