[AMPS] OT - help with info. please

Can anyone help with info. on the bits at www.qsl.net/g8gsq please? The
triode is a good looking beast, and the other thing is mind boggling.

Coming for sale soon, once sorted and tested - 40s and 50s vintage 807s,
811s, 812s, 866s.
