[AMPS] MLA-2500 ?

I noticed in my MLA2500 that RFC-4 is burnt pretty bad.
The Manual says this is a 15 MH choke. (to me this is 15 mil henry)
Is this correct? Doesn't seem right to me (Maybe 15 micro henry)
And what is the current rating of this choke?
