[AMPS] Flashovers

If someone finds plate-screen flashovers rare, I'd like to know their 
secrets. I have 9 4CX250 type tubes in operation here since the middle 70's 
and flashovers are really quite common at my house. That is 9 at ony one 
time; there have been many more tubes than that over the years in those 9 
slots.  I may go for a couple of months without one but then whammo; several 
in a row.
