Why not call your power company and see what they charge for a three phase
drop.
The panel should be about $100 or so.
You only need a breaker for your old box and another for your three phase
gear
so another $30 or so.

I'm suggesting this because my frind Mike had a drop installed and the
power company only
charged him $200. They want to sell him more electricity so they made it
easy and cheap :-)
