[AMPS] WANTED: 1/2-1second time deal relay

WANTED: any style (ballast tube, solid state, mechanical,  etc.) time
delay relay rated at 1/2 to 1-second. I don't need more than an amp. Can
be fixed or adjustable. 12VDC or 110VAC would work. As usual,  Murphy's
Law  reared its ugly head-both my two 110VAC   8 pin octal socket units
