[AMPS] 100 CFM Blowers

I just ordered a few myself - they come with the starting capacitor
installed - picture on ebay at item # 1264823433.  Should be
good for GS-35 PAs since it only requires 88.3 CFM for the anode,
plus a few more for the cathode-grid surfaces (see http://www.nd2x.net/K8CU.html#cool).
