Some of you might remember the rather home brew 
looking three hole 4-1000 amplifier we saw on a 
Yahoo on line auction.
- 
Here's a url with a two hole HF version of much better 
appearance in construction.   I have nothing to do with the 
auction, just thought it was nice to look at.

ps:  I wonder if that B&W coil assembly provides the 
proper L values for that circuit..?
