[AMPS] 1.8kHz filters

I got the 1.8kHz filter for the FT102  at the last Dayton. It's proved worth it
on a few occasions, but only for getting the callsign and report through in bad
conditions, not if you want to chat. In retrospect, I probably wouldn't spend
the money again, although note the 'probably'.
