[AMPS] need help!

  I have got some PA board for HF and VHF use,I want 
to know the data sheets(VCC, Pcm ,Icm,Ft,Pq...etc) of some transitors:
ENI21,ENI21A,ENI116C,M9850,M9851,M1108.
