[AMPS] Vacuum Capacitor Voltage Rating

If you trust Nebraska Surplus Sales, they have a similar one listed and
show it to be 10KV 65A.  Same UCSX-740-10, but theirs shows values
between 20 and 675pf.  Since your cap doesn't have the -10 suffix, it
might even be a 15kv cap, but I'm reasonably sure that it isn't any less
than 10kv.  Hope this is of some use to you.
