[AMPS] Dec/87 HR article added

I've just added the December 1987 article from Ham Radio Magazine to the 
download page on my website.

The article is : "Design an amplifier around the 3CX1200A7", by W.J. Byron, 
W7DHD.  Good article; 9 pages, MS Word 97 format.
