[Amps] RG-174 power handling capacity

All the comments relating to RG174's power handling ability seem silly to
me.

The real weakness in the application is that the cable is so fragile that
merely soldering to its center conductor can overheat and reflow the
dielectric, which leads to potential failures.  If the Teflon variant is
available, of course that's preferable.  Or RG58A/U or RG58C/U, also highly
flexible and able to handle the rigors of soldering better, will work fine.
