[Amps] Q: PIN Diode Switching for QRO?

Ok,

I've known about PIN diode switching for a long time now, but have failed to
actually
read anything subtantive on the application or find any schematics that show
examples.
Admittedly, I no longer subscribe to the usual ham mags...  going back 20 years
now.

But perhaps there are some good URLs around with this information?

Or perhaps you can email me schematics and/or text. I can take the usual
suspects,
.pdf, .doc etc...

Also any thoughts on do's and dont's or preferred devices??
