It is that kind of cutter. I don't remember the thickness limit. As for
drill
press speed, they say 400rpm. Mine bottoms out at 600rpm, but seems to work.
I am extremely careful and patient with it and it produces very nice results
as long as you clamp well and don't push it.

SAFETY GOGGLES... The biggest amplifier you could ever put on the air is not
worth your
vision.
