[AMPS] found connectors but now : cable ?

hi all, 

i found high voltage connectors . but now how about the coax cable i should
use for them .
the connectors are rated 6kV but the coax that should be used ( RG141 ) is
only rated 1.9kV (at least i think it is) .
I have to get 3kV into an gs35b amplifier .
