[Amps] al80a problem (richard)

thanks for your quick reply. Could u recomend some parts that I could =
change to decrease the risk of the previous event occuring again. I was =
told that a nichrome wire parasitic kit that
u had made available for 3-500 amps could be indicated here.
Are there any other improvements?

Question:  after replacing the ip meter current shunt resistor would u =
use the same tube to operate the Amp. I have checked the tube for short =
ie g to fil, p to g found no short

the tube was a eimac redletters=20
