[Amps] Swan Mark 1 Amplifier T/R relay keying

I have run up on an odd problem.  The keying circuit I
built to key amplifier T/R relays with my Kenwood
850ATS will not work with my Swan Mark 1 T/R relay but
works well with my other amplifiers.  The Mark 1 relay
works well if I key it manually.
