[Amps] Fans for 4cx1000/1500 question

interesting fans - going back to a post of mine a week or two ago...

has anyone tried using and air conditioner as a source for cooling
finals...I notice the referenced page show two inlet models...seems like one
for room air and one for conditioned air would be a nice touch...should the
airco go south there would always be the room air blowing on through...

I am thinking of a situation where the blower mount away from the operating
position and air is forced through ducting and into the inlets of the
amplifiers...

Current on small airco units in the states is around a hundred bucks...is
there an advantage to starting with pre-cooled air?

73,

Jim, K4OJ
