[Amps] IC2KL cooling fan

The cooling fan in my latest IC2KL is a bit noisier
than my first unit.  I'd like to replace it, but have
been quoted $180 for the part from ICOM.  Sensing a 
series of profit margins multiplying up, I want to 
go back to the original vendor.

Thougth I'd ask here, before peeling back the onion.

1) Has anyone actually replaced this fan?  First hand
experience...comments on degree-of-difficulty wanted.

2) Anyone have first hand knowledge of the original fan
vendor?
