[Amps] Relay contact burnisher

Thanks to all who responded to my search for a contact burnisher. I am really 
surprised how this slipped below my radar screen - guess I spend too much 
time searching for hard to find stuff and have developed a habit of tuning 
out the loud signals (just like a good radio ham!).
