[Amps] Passive grid: How to calculate..... ?

 Maybe I have the math wrong....

E=sqrt(P*R) 

so

P == 100
R == 50

then E = 70.7106 or approx 100V Peak

Or am I wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy off?
