[Amps] Ameritron parasitic suppressor

	Hello all. I have a question about something at all very new for me; I
was looking the article regarding quieter fans (hENRY 2K-3 FAN NOISE -
Additional information), and saw this jpg :

taken from an AL 80 amplifier.
	Why are two silver mica plate caps in series with 100 ohms R in the
parasitic suppressor (it seems to me at least)?. ¿Why two caps?.
