Osten asked about the 803.

According to the abbreviated details in an older ARRL Handbook:

Plate dissipation 125 watts. Max plate volts 2000 Screen dissipation amx 30
watts Screen volts max 600 Max freq full ratings 20MHz filament 10v at 5 amps
Cin 17.5pF Cgp 0.15pF Cout 29pF.

Typical operation

Class C telegraphy Plate volts 2000, screen volts 500, suppressor volts 40, grid
volts -90, plate current 160mA, screen current 45mA, grid current 12mA drive
power 2 watts, output power210 watts.

Clas C plate modulated telephony. Plate volts 1600, screen volts 400,
suppressor volts 100, grid volts -80, plate current 150mA, screen current 45mA,
grid current 25mA drive power 5 watts, output power 155 watts.

Sounds like a pentode version of the 813, but a bit older, and not too good
above 15MHz.

Could be of interest to some of the boat anchor guys as spares for various WW2
transmitters.
