Don't be too hard on the guy. That fan is just like the one in the SB200 
and not even as close to the tubes.  It looks like the guy used what he 
had or could scrounge to build it. Even home brew plate caps.
The chassis looks like it was salvaged from a few other projects. 
Obviously a "budget" project amp. And I bet he learned something while 
making it work too!  Some of my early projects didn't look any better.
