[Amps] Swan Mark 1 Plate current fixed!!

The 1K ohm 1% resistor in the voltage divider had
dropped to less than 450ohms for some reason. 
Replaced it and now all is well.

The resting plate voltage as measured with a Fluke HV
probe is 2950vdc SSB mode and 1550vdc CW mode.
