[Amps] DUMMY LOADS

Your dummy load will work fine as long as you DO NOT try to tune up with 
key down in CW position.
Use a string of dits at about 60 wpm to tune .. that's 50% duty cycle 
and your dummy load should do quite well .. [assuming legal power]
