Hi Pete,

Try a surplus dealer, just about any of them should have it as this is a 
rather common switch configuration.  It may take a little bit of looking to 
find exactly what you want but only a little bit!  If that is too much work, 
and you have the time, look for them on eBay.

Once there, search for "SP3T" and be patient.  You should turn up what you
