In their specs, higher resistance ww  100w resistors are voltage-limited, 
so one should not assume that a 200k-ohm, "100w" resistor will be able to 
withstand 4472V, or that a 100k-ohm "100w" resistor will be able to 
handle 3162v.  It pays to read the fine print.
