No, they go up through at least edition 22.  I find used W6SAI 
and ARRL Handbooks on Ebay all the time.  The Green 
18th edition is the only one with (more than passing) 
mention of the g-grounded grid tetrode/pentode issues 
related to certain tube geometries...  the 4-400, 4-1000 
examples are examples described in the text.
