I have converted a few of their similar early tube
amplifiers to nearby NMR applications. If you tell me
what tube compliment is in the unit, I'll see if anything
I have is close.
-
The amps I have were close Henry brand cousins to
the 2002 type amplifiers. I believe I have 3cx400a7's or
something similar in the sockets.
-
Henry didn't have copies of the original circuits, but
they were nice and provided/sold me the 2002/4/6
paperwork which was close enough to do the mods I
needed.
-
I've talked and dealt with Ted Henry a lot in the last
year or two and I will say that he and the others have
been nothing but very nice/helpful to me each time I've
talked with them.
-
cheers

Mike,

If you find anyone with info on this conversion, I'd appreciate it if
you'd
pass it along.

I have a 2002A which I bought used many years ago that I'd like to
convert
to 222 MHz. The Henry and RadioDan web sites both state that it can be
ordered for any frequency from 100-300 MHz. I contacted Radio Dan (W7RF)

and asked if I could get any info, or better yet just buy the 222 MHz
parts. He got a half-assed answer from somebody at Henry that they "only

sold a few for that band and did not have any info". Really makes you
want
to trust them with $$$ for a new amp, eh?

73,

Dave/K8CC
