[Amps] SWINGING CHOKE NEEDED

About a year ago someone on one of the reflectors said he had a swinging choke, about 5/25hy, @ 0.5A.
At the time I was not sure I needed it, but now would like to incorporate a simular choke in my HV power supply project.
Anyone have one (0.5A is minimum current needed)?
