[Amps] Information Needed for Shipping Alpha &&

One thing that I tried and had some success with is to pretend that you 
don't have a touch tone phone and never give a hint that you do by 
pressing any buttons.
Eventually after listening for several minuets , some operator would 
pick up and you get to speak with a human....Imagine That!
