[Amps] Alpha 78 problem

Hi,

just returned from Albania where there is an Alpha 78. This amp has a
problem. When you turn the amp on, there is a huge insertion loss on receive
(like the amp would be in operate mode immediately). We were able to bypass
this problem using 2 relays outside of the amp but for sure would be nice to
have it fixed later this year when we return to Albania.
Any hint/help of what could be broken is greatly appreciated.
