[Amps] particle beam from microwave oven???

This didn't make sense; what does microwave energy in a waveguide 
have to do with particle beam weapons? Particle beams are made with 
particles like protons, neutrons or electrons which are typically 
accelerated in an evacuated cavity which is driven by an RF source. 
This is a far cry from a 1 kW magnetron microwave oven source!
